Picture the boyfriend emailed me from his cousin’s wedding on the East Coast. He told me earlier he’d taken a picture with “Victorian People.”
They turned out to be civil war reinactment soldiers. Boyfriend told them “You even smell like the South!” I tried to explain why they might’ve taken offense to the comment.
