To answer your question, yes, I believe rosewater is vegan, unless you consider a rose (/flower/plant) an animal. However, i do not recommend extending your veganism to excluding all living things (including plants), as that will cut out vegetables as well (and vegan french fries!! For shame!) and I enjoy your friendship far too much to sit back and watch you become another statistic.
Sadly, the cream part of rosewater ice cream isn’t vegan, unless I bring it to you if/when I come visit you in the Woods. It could be our little secret, you city vegan, you.
